PORTABLE DOCUMENT FORMAT (PDF)
Pro's: This method is the best way to submit your documents. It is the only way to ensure that margins, fonts, formatting, and graphics remain intact. (See CHEVIER.ORG website below to create free PDF files.)
Con's: None
ORIGINAL APPLICATION FORMAT
Pro's: Document can be saved using original software, such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher. No additional software is required.
Con's: Documents submitted in this format may lose fonts and formatting.
POSTSCRIPT FILES
Pro's: Most word processing software can create postscript files. This format creates a file that is ready to print.
Con's: Documents cannot be edited before printing. A specific driver may be necessary.
